REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS are applicable when a customer cancels for any reason.  Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation.  If the artist can get here the show will go on!

Anyone who has purchased a ticket to a postponed show hold your tickets a reschedule date will be announced.  If you can’t attend the reschedule date then a credit to a future show will be issued.

At this time no refunds will be given in order to insure we can continue to operate in the future.  Thank you for your understanding in these unprecedented time:

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will posted on this website / on our box office answering service (570) 325-0249 as soon as information becomes available.

Every effort will be made to contact all ticket holders via phone or e-mail. During ticket sales we ask for phone and e-mail contact information for this reason.

 

RESCHEDULING

In the event of a cancellation ticket holders may obtain a refund or have their tickets transferred to the newly rescheduled date.
